Further, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not an appointed counsel. In this view of the matter, surname of the applicant "Taram" be inserted in the cause title as well as in the operative part of the order in Clause No.(ii) after the word "Chunnilal" and word "appointed" after the word of "Advocate" in the cause title be deleted and even clause No.(vii) of operative order be deleted.

Necessary correction be made immediately and corrected copy be uploaded.
