By way of this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground of his marriage. The applicant was arrested in connection with Crime No.1043/2025 registered with the Yavatmal City Police Station, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 337, 336(3), 340(2), 318(2), 339, 238, 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 65,66, 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The applicant was arrested on 14.01.2026.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is getting married and the marriage festivities will start from 19.02.2026 till 24.02.2026, and in view of the same, the applicant prays for temporary bail. Before registering the offence, marriage of the applicant was fixed and accordingly, it is scheduled on 21.02.2026. In this regard, the learned Counsel for the applicant has placed on record the relevant documents. In order to verify the fact, learned APP was asked to go to the place. Accordingly, the Investigating Officer went
2 40.ba.176.2026 to the said place where the marriage is scheduled and confirmed the said fact that marriage is scheduled on 21.02.2026 and will continue till 24.02.2026. 4.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, and in the interest of justice, in my opinion, the applicant can be released on temporary bail from 17.02.2026 till 04.03.2026, on the following terms and conditions : (a) The application is partly allowed and disposed of. (b) The applicant Prasun s/o Premnarayan Kumawat be released on temporary bail in connection with Crime No.1043/2025 registered with the Yavatmal City Police Station, District Yavatmal for his marriage from 17.02.2026 till 04.03.2026, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall surrender on 05.03.2026 before the concerned Superintendent of District Prison.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
(e) The accused shall provide his residential address and cell number to Police Station concerned and shall not change his place of residence without prior intimation to the Investigating Agency. (M.M. NERLIKAR , J.
