The learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and learned APP are present. The concerned Officer is also present before the Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 - victim/informant makes statement on instructions from Respondent No.2, who is personally present before the Court that she has no objection if bail is granted to the Applicant. An Affidavit is filed by Respondent No.2 to indicate so. The same is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, in view of the objection recorded by the Respondent No.2, for grant of bail and as investigation into the crime is complete with filing of the charge sheet, Mandar M.

Learned APP opposed the said Application contending that there is evidence on record indicating the commission of the offense by the Applicant against Respondent No.2 - victim. 5.

Respondent No.2 is major. She is personally present before the Court. She duly identified by her Counsel. She makes statement with regard to recording no objection for grant of bail to the Applicant. After filing of the charge sheet, Applicant cannot be kept behind bars by way of pre-trial punishment. Hence the following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) The Application stands allowed in connection with Crime No. 775 of 2025 registered with M.H.B. Colony Police Station.

(ii) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) Bail before the Trial Court.
