The present application is filed basically on the ground of "delay in trial". The applicant was arrested in the year 2019.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the trial is almost concluded. The chief examination of the Investigating Officer is also over, however, he was remained to be cross-examined. She further submits that, at the most, the matter is likely to be concluded within three months.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail, when the trial is at the fag end. Hence, the Criminal Application is rejected.
