The application is for grant of regular bail on the ground of 'delay in trial'. The applicant has not approached the Trial Court. In this view of the matter, the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to apply before the Trial Court on the ground of 'delay in trial'.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this Court has already released one applicant having similar role to one of the accused.

In view of above, permission is granted.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
