The learned APP tendered affidavit in reply and same is taken on record.

The learned APP submits that the applicant was absconding for quite some time, therefore after arrest, investigation was carried out against the applicant and a supplementary charge-sheet was filed against her. She submits that the bail application was made before filing of the supplementary charge-sheet.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that as the supplementary charge-sheet is filed against the applicant, he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Trial Court.
