Heard learned counsel Mr.Lele on behalf of the Applicant. Learned APP Ms.Sangita Shinde appears on behalf of the Respondent - State. Learned counsel on behalf of the Applicant has tendered today a copy of the chargesheet, which is more than 100 pages and also supplied a copy thereof to the learned APP. Learned APP Ms.Shinde seeks time to go through the aforesaid chargesheet and file a detailed reply considering the 1/2

Learned counsel on behalf of the Applicant has submitted that the Applicant has undergone a period of four years incarceration.

In view of the request made by the learned APP, stand over to 26th February, 2026. Affidavit in reply, if any, to be filed on or before the next date of hearing and the same be served on the learned counsel for the Applicant before the next date of hearing. Learned counsel on behalf of the Applicant submits that the matter may be placed high on board.
