Heard both sides. Learned counsel for the APP, on instructions, submits that considering the pendency before the Trial Court and the number of witnesses to be examined, a period of approximately one year would be required for completion of the trial.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same, in any case, within a period of one year from today.
