When this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further submits that the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within six months, as the punishment provided for the offence which is alleged against the applicant is of five years.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within six months. In case, the trial is not
