DATED : 10th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) As directed by this Court in the Order dated 8th May 2026 in paragraph 4, no report is produced by the Respondent-State. Mr.Thombare, learned Counsel for the Applicant tendered discharge summary issued to the Applicant by Jagjivan Ram Western Railway Central Hospital. Therein, at Page No.7, it is stated that, Injection Adalimumal 40 mg has been prescribed to the Applicant and it is to be administered every 15 days for six months.

2) Mr.Thombare, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that said injection is not available at the Government hospitals and the Applicant is taking the said injection from the said Railway hospital. Before taking that injection from said the Applicant has to undergo necessary blood tests to ascertain that there is no blood infection, and only then, the said injection is administered to the Applicant.

3) In view thereof the interim bail granted vide Order dated 3rd February 2026 is continued till 15th July 2026, on the same conditions. (SHYAM C. CHANDAK, J.) 1/1
