Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 13.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. waives service for the non-applicant.

The leaned Counsel for the applicant prays for grant of temporary bail on the ground that marriage of his niece scheduled on 05.03.2026. The marriage functions would commence from 04.03.2026. It is submitted that for nonappearance before the trial Court, non-bailable Rgd.

Order 270226ba273.26 warrant was issued, accordingly the applicant was arrested and put behind bars. Marriage card is enclosed along with the application. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would surrender back to jail after the period of temporary bail.

In this view of the matter, considering the fact that there is marriage in the family of the applicant which starts from 04.03.2026 and the main function is on 05.03.2026, considering this fact, I am inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant from 03.03.2026 to 08.03.2026. The applicant to surrender on 09.03.2026. An affidavit be filed in his behalf in the form of an undertaking that the applicant would surrender on 09.03.2026. JUDGE Signed by: R.G.
