It is informed that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, and the matter is kept for statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Earlier also applicant approached this Court for grant of regular bail, however, as this Court is not inclined to grant bail, those applications are withdrawn by the applicant.

Considering this fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant as the trial is at fag end. Hence, the application is rejected.
