Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

This Application is filed through jail by the Applicant. In the said Application it is stated that he had sent letter to the Special Court but there is no response from the said Court, hence this letter. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Application be transferred to Special Court directing the Special Court to treat this Application as Bail Application of the Applicant and decide it on its own merits.

The learned APP submit that appropriate order be passed. 5.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, the Application be transferred to the concerned Special Court. 6.

The Special Court shall appoint Advocate from Legal Aid Panel to represent the Applicant and treat this Application as Bail Application of the Applicant and decide it on its own merit. 7.

The Application is disposed of.
