This Court has received the Status report. It appears from the status report that three witnesses are examined till 20/03/2026. The learned APP submits that even the fourth witness was also examined. She further submits upon instructions that trial would be concluded within four months. It appears from the status report that the prosecution has submitted the list of 20 witnesses. 3.

In view of the above, the purpose would be served by requesting the Trial Court to conclude the trial within four months.

In case the trial is not concluded within four months, the applicant is at liberty to file application before this Court after four months.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will cooperate in concluding the trial within stipulated time before the Trial Court.
