It appears that the offence is registered under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act). Consequently, the appeal would lie under Section 14(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act). 2.

In view of this, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file appeal before this Court.
