The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that all the applications are filed by the applicant seeking bail on the ground of delay in trial. The applicant is in jail since November, 2022. 3.

Considering the fact that the trial is at an advance stage and the fact that this Corut by separate order passed today has granted extension of 5 months to Rgd.

Order 060426ba373.26 the trial Court. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to grant bail in all these matters. Needless to mention that in case the trial is not concluded in 5 months (extended period), the applicant is at liberty to move this Court a fresh by raising a ground of delay in trial. All the applications are accordingly disposed of. 4.

The trial Court is requested to conduct the trial on day to day basis, since the applicant is in jail from November, 2022.
