It appears that this Court has granted liberty to the applicant, in case the trial is not commenced within six months, he can approach this Court after six months. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now the trial has commenced, under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.

In view of above, application is disposed of. 4.

The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. 5.

In case the trial is not concluded within one year, the applicant is at liberty to approach once again to this Court, after one year.
