After having heard the matter for some time, when this Court is not willing to grant relief, Mr. Raju Kadu, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh before the Trial Court after six months, in case the trial is not commenced within that period.
