At the very outset, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, on instructions, submits a list of 14 cases pending against the present Applicant. She submits that in many of these cases, the Applicant, while on bail, is not attending the trial. The Applicant was arrested in the present case only on 6th August 2025 and because of his absence in the trials of the said 14 cases prior to his arrest in the present case, the said cases could not proceed.

Mr. Pawan Mali, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a reasonable period. 3.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
