By the present praecipe, the Applicant seeks deletion of paragraph (f) appearing on page 5 and paragraph (f) appearing on page 9 of the Bail Application, as the said paragraphs have been inadvertently and erroneously incorporated therein. Consequential deletion is also sought in the synopsis of the Bail Application.

Leave to amend is granted, restricted solely to the deletion of paragraph (f) on page 5 and paragraph (f) on page 9 of the Bail Application, along with the corresponding contents in the synopsis.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Upon carrying out the amendment, the Applicant shall furnish a copy of the amended Bail Application to the learned APP appearing for the State.
