Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that the words" and the amount of Rs.2.50 Crore is still due and payable by the rest of the accused persons and is yet to be recovered from them." be added in paragraph 5 and the words "only with the present applicant." be added at the end of the first sentence of paragraph 6. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.2, paragraph No.5 be corrected and read as under : 5.

It is contention of learned counsel for the First Informant and Investors that they have received the amount from the Applicant and the amount of Rs.2.50 Crore is still due and payable by the rest of the accused persons and is yet to be recovered from them and matter is settled out of the Court qua the present applicant and requested to pass appropriate order. And the words "qua the present applicant." be added at the end of the first sentence of paragraph 6.
