and Registrar's Orders.

Mr. Manish S. Dube, Advocate for the Applicant. Mr. A.R. Chutke, A.P.P. for the Non-applicant/State. CORAM :

M.M. NERLIKAR, J.

DATE :

APRIL 23, 2026.

It appears from the record that recently on 13/02/2026, after hearing the matter for some time, when the Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel has withdrawn the application. However, he has been granted liberty to approach the Court after examination of material witnesses. However, again, the application was filed by the present applicant. Since there is no change in circumstances and no material witnesses are examined, the applicant ought not to have made the application. It is further to be noted that no averment was made in the application stating that earlier application was rejected.

2.

Be that as it may, at this stage, the learned counsel for the application seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

31-Cr.BA-498-2026 3.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
