The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application, however, he submits that, he be granted liberty to move afresh, as was observed by this Court in the order dated 30/09/2025, that, if the trial is not commenced within a period of one year, the applicant is at liberty to file afresh bail application. 2.

In this view of the matter, permission is granted to withdraw the present application, with liberty to move afresh before the trial Court only after 30/09/2026.

Needless to mention that, I have not heard the applicant on merits.
