By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (b) :- b.

That the Applicant may be released on Regular Bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 200 of 2025, registered under section 302, 311, 331(6), 351(3) and 127 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4(25) of the Arms Act.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the Arjun

The request made by Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected by Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

5.

In the event of change in circumstances, if a fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Bail Application No. 509 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
