The Applicant seeks bail on medical ground. In order to support his submission he made reference to the documents placed on record from page No.92 onwards. Prima facie perusal of the said record indicates that these documents pertain to December, 2025. In order to ascertain the present medical condition of the Applicant, he needs to be directed to be referred to the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. The Applicant therefore be taken to the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals before the next date of hearing. 21st April, 2026.

The Medical Officer of the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals to submit a report to this Court about medical condition of the Applicant, so also about the fact as to whether his hospitalization is required at present. The said report be submitted before the next date of hearing.
