The learned APP submits that the trial would be concluded within 3 to 4 months and almost 16 witnesses are examined. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application after four months, in case the trial is not concluded within four months.
