After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Shekhar Bhandary, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
