CORAM

DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.

DATED:

13th FEBRUARY 2026 PC:- 1.

It appears that, on 29th July, 2025, Coordinate Bench of this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence, applicant sought permission to withdraw the said application with liberty to file fresh bail application after 6 months.

2.

Accordingly, on January, 2026 the applicant made a bail application before the Trial Court. However, said application came to be withdrawn. Now applicant has moved the present bail application in the same CR.

13th February 2026

Renuka/ Navnath 12-BA-576-2026 3.

Considering that the applicant has already made an application seeking bail before the trial Court and withdrawn the same, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail application. Thus, Mr. Dushing, learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial court.

4.

Permission to withdraw the present Bail Application is granted with the aforesaid liberty. 5.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
