After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Rahul Arote, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after four months if there is no substantially progress in the trial. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
