After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. P. K. Sanghrajka, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application if there is no substantial progress in the trial within a period of six months. 2.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
