When the matter was heard, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP, tendered on record an order dated 16th February, 2026, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No.5) Bhiwandi, wherein the Applicant has already been permitted to use the time between 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm on 16th February 2026

While granting said permission, certain conditions have been imposed on the Applicant. The said order is taken on record.

Ms. Bajoria, seeks time to take instructions from the Investigating Officer pursuant to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Applicant regarding interim bail from 16th February, 2026 till 21st February, 2026. 4.
