This matter is placed by the learned counsel for the Applicant for speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 06/03/2026. 2.

In speaking to the minutes of order dated 06/03/2026, it is stated that there are certain typographical errors have inadvertently crept into the order. It is stated that the C.R. No. and name of the police station have been incorrectly mentioned as Crime No. 39 of 2025 registered with Wadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station. The correct particulars are C.R. No. 85 of 2016 registered with Kamshet Police Station, District Pune. Similarly, in Clause (ii) of the operative part of the order, the cost has been mentioned

501- BA 782 of 2026.doc Tikam as Rs.5,000/- payable to Legal Services Authority instead of Rs.1,000/-. 3.

The order is corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded on the official website of the Bombay High Court. 4.
