Learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that since now charge-sheet has been filed, he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court. It is further submitted that since the Applicant is a lady, the Trial Court may be directed to expeditiously decide the bail application. 3.

In view of the above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Since the Applicant is a lady, the Trial Court is directed to decide the application expeditiously, if filed. 5.

Needless to state that the Trial Court shall decide the application afresh, without being influenced by any observations made earlier.
