1. When the matter was called out, Mr. Kukshiwala learned counsel appeared on behalf of the Applicant, and Mrs. Kaushik appeared on behalf of the RespondentState. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant sought leave to amend the title of the bail application so as to implead the Union of India as a party Respondent. 3.

Leave to amend is granted. The aforesaid amendment shall be carried out within a period of two days from today. A copy of the amended application shall be served upon all the Respondents.
