Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that the bail application was rejected by the learned Trial Court before filing of the chargesheet. It is his contention that now the charge-sheet has been filed and in view of the same he be granted permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to make fresh application before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
