At the outset, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP, brought to my notice that there is a bail application filed by the present Applicant before the Sessions Court, which is still pending. The Sessions Court has asked for the police report and the matter is now listed on 2nd March 2026. 2.

I have heard Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud, learned counsel for the Applicant, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP and Ms. Nidhi Chedda, for the Original Complainant.

Ms. Chheda states that the matter is amicably settled between the Original Complainant and the main accused i.e. Accused No.1, namely, Neeraj Vora, being of a civil nature. 4.

I have also gone through the FIR. It appears that the name of the present Applicant is not mentioned in the FIR and no role is attributed to the present Applicant. 5.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, since the matter is already pending before the Sessions Court and in view of the amicable settlement between the Original Complainant and the main accused, the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai is requested to pre-pone the date of hearing and preferably hear the matter within this week, subject to its calender.

The Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this Application and the Trial Judge to decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made herein.
