By the present Application, the Applicant seeks bail in Crime No. 32 of 2024 registered at Lonikand Police Station, Pune, for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, and 182 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the outset, Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State, raises an objection to the entertainability of the present Application on the ground that it is a second Bail Application. He, by referring to the order dated 14.10.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 1663 of 2025 (at Exh. C, page 151

of the Application paper book), submits that this Court had granted liberty to the Applicant to renew the request after the time period mentioned in the said order. He, therefore, submits that the Applicant is required to approach the Trial Court to avail the said liberty.

Faced with the said objection, Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application and to approach the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1663 of 2025. The said request is not opposed by Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, in accordance with the liberty granted in Bail Application No. 1663 of 2025. 5.

If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the

same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.

Criminal Bail Application No. 922 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
