By this Application, the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.37 of 2016 registered with Bhor Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant was earlier released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge. However, he failed to attend the Court dates regularly and Sessions Judge has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against the Applicant, which was executed and he was arrested by the police. The Applicant has now undertaken to attend the Court dates regularly and requested to allow the Application.
7-BA-1001-2026 (CR).doc N.S.Kamble 3.
It is contention of learned APP that, if the Applicant released on bail, he may abscond or threaten prosecution witnesses, and requested to reject the Application.
4.
I have heard both learned counsel. Perused charge-sheet and documents produced on record.
5.
