Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 458 of 2025 registered with Nashik Road Police Station, District Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 3,5 and 25 of Arms Act and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

It is prosecution's case that on 19/09/2025 around 5.20 pm, the police apprehended the applicant and in his possession the police have found country made pistol with one live cartridge. 4.
It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant is behind bars around six months. Investigation is completed
and charge-sheet has been filed and requested to allow the application. 5.
It is contention of learned APP that Applicant has 11 antecedents. If he is released on bail, he may abscond or threaten prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application. 6.
I have heard both learned counsel. Perused charge-sheet and documents produced on record. Applicant is behind bars around six months. Investigation is completed. Charge-sheet has been filed. It may take time to conclude the trial.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) The Applicant- Rohit Govind Dingam be released on bail in Crime No. 458 of 2025 registered with Nashik Road Police Station, District Nashik, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall not enter in the Nashik City till conclusion of trial except attending the Court's dates.
(iii) The Applicant shall provide all the details to the concerned Investigating Officer after he is released on bail and shall attend the concerned police station, as and when called. (iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
(v) The Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (vi) Bail Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
