Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.44 of 2026 registered with Dighi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad for the offence punishable under Sections 143(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 along with Sections 3,4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

It is prosecution's case that on 27.01.2026, police raided Yogiraj Lodge and found prostitution was going on in the said lodge. It is alleged that applicant is manager of the said lodge.

It is contention of learned counsel for Applicant that Applicant is behind bars for more than two months. Investigation has completed and charge-sheet is filed. Applicant has no antecedents. It may take time to conclude the trial and requested to allow the application. 5.

It is contention of learned APP that Applicant was providing girls for prostitution to the customers by taking money from them. Applicant was manager of the said lodge. The police apprehended the applicant on the spot. If he is released on bail, he may abscond or threaten prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application. 6.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused charge-sheet and documents produced on record.

Applicant is behind bars for more than two months. Investigation has completed and charge-sheet is filed. Applicant has no antecedents. It may take time to conclude the trial. 8.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The Applicant- Kishor Pratap Ingale be released on bail in Crime No.44 of 2026 registered with Dighi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or

influence the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (iv) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station, as and when required.

(v) Bail Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
