DATED : 15th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Dedhia, learned APP submits that in this case, the next date before the trial Court is fixed on 25th June, 2026. He, on instructions, submitted that so far, nine witnesses have been examined in the trial. The prosecution is going to examine 6-7 more witnesses and conclude the trial within six months from 25th June, 2026.

2) In view thereof, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from 25th June, 2026.

3) Leave to withdraw is granted.

4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
