Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 649 of 2025 registered with Shikrapur Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 109, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4(25) of Arms Act. 3.
It is prosecution's case tht on 02/10/2025 around 8.15 p.m. Applicant assaulted the first informant with sickle with intention to kill him on the ground of old dispute.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that
Applicant is behind bars around six months. There is no progress in the trial. He has no antecedents. It may take time to conclude the trial and requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that applicant assaulted the first informant with sickle and seriously injured him. If he is released on bail, he may threaten prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused charge-sheet and documents produced on record. Applicant is behind bars around six months. There is no progress in the trial. Applicant has no antecedents. It may take time to conclude the trial.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) The Applicant- Abhishek Haribhau Shinde be released on bail in Crime No. 649 of 2025 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
(iii) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Shikrapur Police Station till recording of evidence of the first informant except
attending the court's dates.
(iv) The Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (v) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
