Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is aged about 18 years. He further submits that bail application of the Applicant came to be rejected by the Sessions Court solely on the ground that the investigating agency propose to file Supplementary Charge-sheet. He further submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court. He further seeks a direction to the Sessions Court to decide the application at the earliest considering the age of the Applicant. 3.

The learned Sessions Court to expeditiously decide the application for bail, if any, filed by the Applicant. 23rd April, 2026.

Needless to state that the Sessions Court to pass order on merits of the application without being influenced by the earlier observations.
