DATED : 08th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) The aforesaid Bail Application is not on board. It is taken on production board as the Applicant's mother has expired yesterday and her funeral is to be performed today evening.

2) Ms. Mane, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant wants to perform the last rites of his mother. 3) Mr. Dedhia, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Respondent/Jail Authority has no objection to handover the Applicant/ accused to Yellow Gate Police Station, Mumbai to take him at his residence and then to the place of cremation so that he can perform the last rites of his mother.

4) In view thereof, the Senior Inspector of Yellow Gate Police 1/2

P.H. Jayani 501 ba1411.2026.doc Station, Mumbai is directed to take the Applicant in their custody from the Jail Authority. Further, the said Police shall take the Applicant to his place of residence and to the place of cremation for performing last rites of his mother and as soon as the cremation is over, lodge the Applicant in the Jail. 5) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
