Learned senior counsel submits that he will file bail application before the Sessions Court as the Magistrate Court has rejected the bail application of the applicant and this Court may direct the Sessions Court to expedite the bail application of the applicant. 3.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and as the applicant's bail application was rejected by learned Magistrate on 10th SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM March 2026, the applicant is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.
