Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground that his mother is suffering from kidney failure. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that mother of the applicant is ill, but this Court has rejected the bail application of the applicant on merit. If he is released on bail, he may abscond or threaten prosecution witnesses.

I have heard both learned counsel and perused medical papers produced on record showing ailment of the mother of the applicant. Applicant's mother's condition is down due to kidney failure. Applicant

Considering these facts, I pass following order: (i) Application for temporary bail is allowed.

(ii) Applicant be released on temporary bail for one month from today on furnishing cash bail of Rs.25,000/- with same P.R. Bond. (iii) Applicant shall not ask for further extension of temporary bail. 6.

Learned counsel for the Applicant undertakes that Applicant will not ask for further extension of temporary bail. 7.

Applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 06/06/2026.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
