By this application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail in C.R.No. 100 of 2026 registered with Bavdhan Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 110, 125(a), 125(b), 281, 324(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS Act") and Section 119, 177, 184, 185 of Motor Vehicle Act.

It is prosecution's case that on 15.03.2026, applicant gave dash to the vehicle of first informant. Due to said dash, friend of first informant died. It is alleged that applicant was under influence of liquor when he gave dash to the vehicle of the first informant. 3.
It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that yet chargesheet is not filed. Investigation is in progress and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused marriage card of the applicant produced on record. As the applicant's marriage is fixed on 29.04.2026, I pass following order:
ORDER
i.
The applicant be released on temporary bail till 06.05.2026 in C.R.No. C.R.No. 100 of 2026 registered with Bavdhan Police Station, Pune, on furnishing cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and P. R. Bond of the same amount.

The bail application is party allowed.
