By the present Application, the Applicant seeks regular bail under Section 483 of the BNSS 2023 in Crime No. 0283 of 2025 registered at Kalwan Police Station, Nashik, for offences punishable under Sections 189, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 119(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Ramchandra Wagh, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application Vivekanand

46-BA-1697-2026.doc and prays for liberty to apply to the Trial Court after a period of one year from today, if there is no progress in the trial. This request made by Mr. Ramchandra Wagh, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Ramchandra Wagh, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed. If there is no progress in the trial and a fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court after the period mentioned by Mr Ramchandra Wagh, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No. 1697 of 2026 is disposed as withdrawn.
