Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has been granted temporary bail by order dated 14th January, 2026 in order to enable him to undergo the treatment at private hospital. It is her further contention that the applicant is being treated in Lalith Hospital, Udpi, State of Karnataka. Referring to the medical certificate issued by the Doctor dated 1/2

502-ba1698-26.doc 30th March, 2026, it is contended that the applicant requires further medical treatment. She therefore, seeks extension of temporary bail for a period of three months from today. 3.

In order to pass any such order, it would be necessary that the applicant is examined in Government hospital. Since the applicant is at Udpi, Karnataka, he be examined by the Medical Officer of the Government Hospital at Udpi, Karnataka. Medical Officer of the said hospital to examine applicant and report the present medical condition of the applicant to the Court. Appropriate orders on the application could be passed thereafter. It shall be the duty of the applicant to convey this order to the concerned Medical Officer for its compliance. Compliance be made, before 30th April, 2026.

Till the next date, the order of grant of temporary bail dated 14th January, 2026 to continue.
