If charge is framed on the next date, the prosecution will examine all the necessary witnesses and conclude the trial within 18 months from the date of framing of the charge.

2) Ms. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant will co-operate for framing of the charge and, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after 18 months if the trial is not concluded during the said period.

3) Leave with liberty is granted.

4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
